David and Emily Boynton run this small 5-acre farm and certified kitchen. At the market they sell baked goods, jams, jellies and preserves, hot sauces, and finishing salts, all made with love and the best local and organic ingredients. In addition, a small but mighty selection of vegetables are grown on the Boynton's property and make their way into many of the couple's products.

Fiddlehead Farm sells at the Saturday Market.

Production Practices - The Boyntons focus on local and organic ingredients, with the farm suppliers listed on each product label. Jams are made in small batches of 8-10 jars at a time in copper pots, cooking the fruit down until it thickens on its own. Only a few jellies use pectin. Hot sauces and finishing salts use hot peppers and herbs from the farm's garden. Produce is grown with compost and no pesticides or synthetic fertilizers.
